Terms of Service
These terms cover the private business application provided by Agland Technologies L.L.C. ("the Company") to its employees and to the dealers it works with. Using the application means accepting them.
1. What this is
A private tool for running the Company's business: hours and tasks, warehouse and equipment records, signed service releases, and the ordering and invoicing of the Company's products. It is not a public service, it is not sold or licensed to anybody, and it has no open sign-up. An account exists only because the Company created it.
2. Accounts
An account belongs to one person or one dealership and is not to be shared. Keep the password to yourself and tell us at once if you think somebody else has it. The Company may change what an account reaches, or close it, when the employment or the dealership ends.
3. Dealers
Where you use this application as a dealer, the commercial relationship — what is sold, at what price, what commission is earned and when it is paid — is governed by the signed dealer agreement between you and the Company, not by this page. Where the two disagree, the dealer agreement wins.
4. What you may not do
- Use somebody else's account, or let somebody else use yours.
- Take the Company's customer, pricing or equipment records out of the application for any purpose other than the work they were entered for.
- Try to reach records the application does not show you.
- Interfere with the application, or use it to break the law.
5. Records you enter
What is entered — a customer's details, a signed release, a reported sale — belongs to the Company as a business record. Enter it accurately: a signed service release and an invoice are documents somebody relies on.
6. QuickBooks
Where the Company connects its own QuickBooks Online account, the application writes invoices into those books on the Company's instruction and asks QuickBooks to email them. Nothing is deleted there. Intuit's own terms apply to QuickBooks itself, and the connection can be withdrawn at any time from within QuickBooks.
7. Availability
The application depends on services the Company does not run — hosting, mail delivery, QuickBooks — and is offered as it is, without a promise that it will be available at a particular moment. The Company may change or stop any part of it. It will give reasonable notice where a change matters to how somebody works.
8. Ending it
Access may be ended by either side. Business records already entered remain the Company's records and are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of South Dakota, USA.
